For patients with surgical pathology in the MRH, there is openly a surgical unit with 25 beds. In the department there are 1-2 local chambers, equipped with functional beds, TVs, air conditioning, microwave ovens.

Specialized and highly specialized medical care is provided using the most up-to-date medical and diagnostic equipment, including multispiral CT and MRT and endovascular equipment. Surgical care is provided by specialists of more than 10 surgical specialties, counseling is provided by specialists from 25 clinical departments.

The department is equipped with the latest equipment for minimally invasive endovideosurgical surgeries, such as: laparoscopic surgery for calculous cholecystitis, ENT, CLH, surgery, urology, NCO, varicocele, kidney cysts, nonparasitic cysts of the liver, ovarian tube-peritoneal infertility; ureterolithotripsy, cystolithotripsy using contact ultrasonic lithotriptor ureterolitic extraction with ureteral stones; remote shockwave lithotripsy of kidney, ureteric and bladder stones; TUR of adenoma of simplicity, benign bladder tumors, ureterocele, non-dilated strictures of the urethra, reconstructive plastic surgery is performed for hernias of the anterior abdominal wall using reticular implants.

All types of microsurgical surgical treatment are performed on the organs of vision such as cataract extraction with implantation of an artificial lens, hypotensive operations in glaucoma, elimination of pterigium, correction of strabismus, and also with varicocele microsurgical vasoresection using MARMOR using the latest microscopes.

Reconstructive plastic surgery is performed for obstructive forms of male infertility, plastic surgery on the penis, sling surgery for stress urinary incontinence in women (installation of the prorenovo mesh TVT-0).
