QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS PERFORMED EIGHT OPERATIONS
On April 12-13-14, a master class with the participation of qualified doctors organized by the regional health department is being held at the multidisciplinary regional hospital. During the master class, the head of the Department of Arthroscopy and Sports Injury of the N.D. Batpenov Scientific Center Bagdat Ersainuly Balbosynov, specially invited from Astana, performed a complex operation on two knee joints. Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure, that is, it is performed under video control (arthroscope) with small incisions and special instruments. This allows you to control and heal the inner part of the joints with minimal scarring and simple postoperative procedures. This technique was developed first for the knee, then the shoulder, ankle and elbow. Arthroscopy is a common method. Many orthopedic operations are performed arthroscopically. Arthroscopies of the knee, shoulder and ankle joints are most often performed. Arthroscopy of the knee joint is performed in the following cases: Treatment of meniscal ruptures Ruptures of the anterior cruciate ligament Cartilage graft. Filling of damaged articular cartilage. Stretching of strained ligaments. Removal of loose parts rotating in the joint (bone fragments, etc.) Diseases associated with the synovial tissue of the knee joint. The arthroscopic method gives very good results in the detection and treatment of the above diseases.
