The day care department is located on the 3rd floor of the multi-profile Regional Hospital, in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 6, 2011 No. 1472, after the approval of the rules for providing inpatient replacement care, since 27.02.2013, the day care department has been operating.

For the first time,it was opened with 15 beds, currently there is a day department with 105 beds.

Including:

The 30-bed seat is surgical.

The 25-bed space is therapeutic.

30 beds place for eye diseases.

10 beds.

10-bed space full-time recovery .

Patients in the day care unit do not require round-the-clock monitoring treatment, but all treatment measures are carried out. In the day care department, patients are carried out by qualified specialists, in the day care department there is a qualified vaccination room,a wound dressing room, an ENT room, and wards for patients. The following profile is conducted by specialist doctors: Therapist, cardiologist, treatment of the nervous system doctor, surgeon, ear-nose doctor, eye doctor, maxillofacial surgeon, traumatologist, urologist-andrologist,gynecologist, rehabilitologist. In the department, patients are treated for the following pathologies:

* Diseases of the circulatory system ( coronary heart disease, peripheral diseases of the joints)

* Diseases of the respiratory tract (middle and mild stages of pneumonia, bronchitis, HOBL).

* Diseases of the nervous system (dyscirculatory encephalopathy, stroke, diseases of the spine — osteochondrosis, radiculopathy; neuritis).

* Digestive diseases. * Anemia (anemia). • Joint muscle diseases (arthritis, coxarthrosis, gonatrosis)

* Diseases of the urinary tract (chronic prostatitis). The main purpose of the day surgery department: In the full-time department, we conduct additional examinations of patients and get advice from specialists.In the day Department, 10-12 operations are performed in one day. For ophthalmic pathology: flexible artificial crystal insert, Extracapsular extraction cataract, Intracapsular extraction cataract ultrasound Phacoemulsification, Laser Cataract Surgery (Laser Phacoemulsification) for urology Ivannisevich surgery, Winkelman surgery, ear-nose pathology - cartilage curvature, maxillofacial, cystectomy, surgery - hernia, lipoma removal, cut - off of atheromas and pus, Traumatology-metalloconstruction and Metalloosteosynthesis, Maxillofacial Surgery- odontogenic sinusitis, osteosynthesis and metalloconstruction of the lower jaw.

Working hours of the full-time Department: 8: 00-16: 00 By order, local therapists send patients to the full-time department with a referral for treatment. Patients in severe form are not admitted to the full-time department, they must be under medical supervision in the round-the-clock Department. If the patient's condition is severe, the patient should be transferred to departments that are under the supervision of medical workers around the clock. Patients who leave the day care unit are issued a copy of the pain and given the necessary advice. In the day care department, the patient's food should be at their own expense. The day Department has a bed for the patient and medicines that are given in an emergency. In the additional multi-profile Regional Hospital, some studies can also be examined for a fee.
