The day hospital has 50 beds and is located on the 3rd floor of the MRH and is designed for patients who do not need round-the-clock medical supervision, but undergo a course of procedures that require the need for temporary monitoring. Here patients are waited by qualified personnel, spacious halls, and cozy wards.
The following profiles in the bed fund are highlighted:
therapeutic, neurological, surgical, ENT, ophthalmic, ChLH, traumatological, urolo-andrological, gynecological.
In the department, patients are treated with the following pathology:
• Diseases of the circulatory system (arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease, peripheral vascular disease)
• Respiratory diseases (moderate to mild pneumonia, bronchitis, COPD).
• Diseases of the nervous system (dyscirculatory encephalopathy, the effects of strokes, spinal diseases - osteochondrosis, radiculopathy; neuritis).
• Diseases of the digestive system.
• Blood diseases (anemia).
• Diseases of the musculoskeletal system (arthritis, coxarthrosis, gonatrosis)
• Diseases of the genitourinary system (chronic prostatitis).
The main tasks of the day surgical hospital:
In the process of treating day hospital patients, additional examinations are conducted, consultations by narrow specialists and department heads. 5-6 daily surgical interventions on ophthalmic pathology - Implantation of a flexible artificial crystal lens haymorotomy, cystectomy, for surgical pathologies - hernia repair, removal of lipoma, atheroma and opening of abscesses, for herbs atologiy- removal of metal structures and metalosteosynthesis at MFS patologiy- with odontogenic maxillary sinusotomy etiologies, fixation and removal of the metal structures of the mandible.
Operating mode of a day hospital from 8-00 to 18-00.
The selection and referral of patients for examination and treatment in a day hospital is carried out by local physicians, other specialists in accordance with the list approved by this order. Contraindications to referral to hospital are acute diseases requiring round-the-clock medical supervision. With the deterioration of the disease, the need for round-the-clock medical supervision, the patient should be immediately transferred to the appropriate department of the hospital. At discharge of the patient from the day hospital, an extract with the necessary recommendations. Nutrition of patients in day hospitals is solved in relation to local conditions and at the expense of the patient. In the day hospital, the patient is provided with a bed, there are medicines for stopping emergency conditions. In addition, in the department on the basis of the "CMC" of Kyzylorda there is an opportunity to undergo a full examination on a paid basis according to the current price list.
